Originally from Maryland, Karen Waynick  moved to Tampa, Florida in 2003 and activated her Florida real estate license in 2004. In 2005 Karen relocated to St. Pete, where she called home for the next 8 years while helping in her family custom home building business. In 2013 Karen transferred her license to Manatee County where with her extensive background in new construction, remodeling, waterfront property and years in the business she became a top producer in her brokerage of over 100 agents. Selling homes from Tampa to Cape Coral, Karen has a long-standing knowledge of Florida real estate.
